Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 16, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect from you, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have.

We are Innovations Manufacturing, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Colorado-based business. We operate the website shedramps.com (“the site”) (and any related apps or services).

This policy applies to information collected through our website, when you place an order, sign up for emails, or otherwise interact with us. We comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including California’s CCPA/CPRA, Colorado’s CPA, and similar laws in other states).

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run our business and serve you. Here’s what that includes:

Information you give us directly: Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order details, and payment information (we do not store full credit card numbers ourselves—secure third-party processors handle that).

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages you visit, and how you use our site. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.

Information from third parties: Limited data from analytics tools or advertising partners (for example, to understand traffic or show relevant ads).

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 18.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

2. Why We Collect and Use Your Information

We use your information for these clear purposes:

  • To process and ship your orders, send confirmations, handle returns or refunds.
  • To provide customer support and answer your questions.
  • To improve our website and products (for example, by understanding what customers like).
  • To send you marketing emails or show ads you might find useful (you can stop these anytime—see Section 5).
  • To detect fraud, meet legal requirements, or protect our rights.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as required by law (for example, we retain order records for accounting and tax reasons, typically 7 years or less after that we delete or anonymize it).

3. How We Share Your Information

We never sell your personal information for money. We share it only when necessary and with strong protections:

With trusted service providers who help us (payment processors like Stripe or PayPal, shipping carriers like USPS/UPS/FedEx, website hosting, and email services). These companies are contractually required to use your data only for the job we give them and to keep it secure.

If required by law (for example, a court order or to prevent fraud).

In the rare case of a business merger or sale (your data would be transferred with appropriate notice where required).

We may share limited data with advertising partners for targeted advertising. Under some state laws, this may count as “sharing” or “sale” of data for advertising purposes—even though we do not sell it for cash. You can opt out of this (see your rights below).

4. Cookies, Tracking, and Your Browser Choices

Our site uses cookies and similar tools (pixels, tags) to remember your cart, analyze traffic, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We honor browser-based opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law (including in California and Colorado). If your browser sends this signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out from targeted advertising and data sharing/sale.

5. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You have control over your data. Here’s what you can do:

  • Marketing emails: Every promotional email has an “unsubscribe” link. You can also reply to any email or contact us to stop marketing.
  • General requests: You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us (see Section 9).
  • Extra Rights for Residents of Certain States (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and other states with privacy laws):
  • If you live in one of these states, you have additional rights under state law, including:
    • The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use or share it.
    • The right to delete your personal information (some exceptions apply, such as active orders or legal requirements).
    • The right to correct inaccurate information.
    • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your data for targeted advertising.
    • The right to limit use of sensitive personal information (if we ever process any).
  • For Colorado residents specifically: the right to opt out of profiling that could have significant effects on you.
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests (this keeps your data safe). You may use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We respond within the timeframes required by law (usually 45 days, with possible extensions).

To exercise any rights, email us at [email protected] (or use any online form we provide). We do not charge fees for these requests.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards—encryption, secure servers, access controls—to protect your information. No system is completely foolproof, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

7. Links to Other Sites

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Check their policies directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on our homepage or email you (if you have an account). Continuing to use our site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
