DIY Wood Ramp Hardware Kits

Step 1: Choose Your Bracket Width
Measure your door opening at the threshold and select the bracket width that does not exceed half of the total opening. Want full-width coverage? Simply add more planks as needed - just ensure the combined width of bracket pairs does not exceed your door opening.

• 3' doors → 11" (sold as a pair; use with two 2x6 planks)
• 4' and wider doors → 23" (sold as a pair; use with four 2x6 planks)

Step 2: Choose Your Bracket Style
Offered with one of two Ramp Top Bracket styles:

1. Full C-Channel Top – Ideal for DIYers seeking maximum strength, durability, and protection for your wood planks.
2. Half L-Channel Top – Supports wood planks securely from the bottom but does not extend over the top; suitable if long-term durability is less critical.

Note: All ramp hardware kits are designed to hang from an IM-Inc. ramp mounting track, sill plate, or threshold. Standard Mounting Track included with Kits but not with a la cart top or bottom brackets.

Step 3: Choose Your Package

• Base Kit: 2 × 23” Standard Mounting Tracks + 2 × Ramp Top Brackets
• Fully Loaded Kit: 2 × 23” Standard Mounting Tracks + 2 × Ramp Top Brackets + 2 × Ramp Bottom Brackets
• A La Carte Parts: Top and Bottom Brackets sold separately (for customers who already have IM-Inc. factory-installed ramp connection hardware)

Note: All ramp hardware kits are designed to hang from an IM-Inc. ramp mounting track, sill plate, or threshold. Standard Mounting Track included with Kits but not with a la cart top or bottom brackets.
